At WealthOS, your payment security is our highest priority. We partner with Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway — to ensure every transaction is safe, encrypted, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

All payments on WealthOS are processed by Razorpay, which is:

  • PCI-DSS Level 1 Certified — the highest level of payment security certification
  • RBI Compliant — fully regulated by the Reserve Bank of India
  • 256-bit SSL Encrypted — military-grade encryption on every transaction
  • 3D Secure (3DS) Enabled — additional OTP verification for card payments
  • ✅ Used by 10 million+ businesses including Zomato, Swiggy, Razorpay, CRED, and more

🔐 What WealthOS Does NOT Store

WealthOS never sees or stores your payment credentials:

  • ❌ Your credit/debit card numbers
  • ❌ Your CVV or PIN
  • ❌ Your net banking credentials
  • ❌ Your UPI PIN

All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay's secure servers. WealthOS only receives a payment confirmation token after the transaction is complete.


🔄 How Auto-Pay Mandates Work

When you choose Auto-Renew, Razorpay creates a secure subscription mandate — a permission for them to charge your payment method on renewal dates. This mandate:

  • Is stored entirely on Razorpay's secure infrastructure, not on WealthOS servers
  • Can be cancelled by you at any time from the WealthOS Subscription page
  • Complies with RBI's recurring payment guidelines (₹5,000 limit requires OTP approval)

📋 Payment Receipts & Audit Trail

  • Every successful payment generates an instant email receipt to your registered email
  • Razorpay also sends a separate payment confirmation via SMS/email
  • A full payment history is available on your Subscription page

🏦 Refund Policy

  • If a payment is charged but your subscription is not activated within 24 hours, contact us immediately — we will investigate and issue a full refund
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For auto-renewal charges you didn't intend, contact us within 48 hours of the charge
