Filters (Auto-Submit on Change)

  • Financial Year: Select any of the last 5 FYs (e.g., FY 2024โ€“25). For the current FY, valuations use today's live prices. For past FYs, valuations use the closest available account snapshot before that FY end date โ€” giving you historically accurate numbers.
  • Asset Class: Filter to see only one class at a time (Equity, Mutual Funds, PPF, FD, Crypto, etc.) or All Asset Classes.
  • Family Member: View holdings for the full family or isolate one member's portfolio.
  • Include Exited Holdings: Toggle to show/hide positions where units = 0 (sold/withdrawn). Useful for reviewing historical trading decisions.

Downloading

  • ๐Ÿ“„ PDF: A4 Landscape, high-DPI (150dpi), DejaVu Sans font, includes current filters on the report. Filename: Wevanta_Portfolio_Summary_{FY}.pdf
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Excel: .xlsx with all visible rows and columns. Filename: Wevanta_Portfolio_Summary_{FY}.xlsx
  • Both downloads respect all active filters (FY, class, member, show_exited).

Report 2: Net Worth Report

Contains full account list across all categories with current values, a historical snapshot timeline, and the net worth equation (Total Assets minus Total Liabilities). Useful for annual financial reviews and when applying for loans or visa applications.

Data sourced from: all accounts linked to your profile + Net Worth Snapshots (auto-created monthly by Wevanta).

Report 3: Income & Expense Report

Covers the current Indian Financial Year (April 1 to March 31). The system auto-detects the correct FY based on today's date โ€” if today is before April, it uses the previous FY; if April or later, it uses the current FY.

Includes all transactions: salary credits, dividend receipts, SIP debits, EMI payments, insurance premiums, and any other transaction tagged to your accounts within that FY window.

Report 4: Goals Report

Shows every financial goal with: Goal Name, Target Amount, Current Value (from linked accounts), Progress %, Remaining Amount, Target Date, Days Remaining, and Estimated Completion Date. Ideal for annual goal reviews with your financial advisor.

Report 5: Tax Summary (Section 80C)

Scans all accounts in tax-saving categories: PPF, VPF, NPS, EPF, Sukanya Samriddhi, LIC, ULIP. For each account, it totals all qualifying transactions (buy, SIP, deposit, insurance premium) within the current FY. The result is your Section 80C investment tally โ€” download as PDF to hand to your CA or attach to your ITR filing.

๐Ÿ’ก
Tax Filing Tip: Run the Tax Summary report after March 31 each year. This gives you a complete, categorised record of all 80C investments for the just-closed FY. Save the PDF โ€” it is your proof of investment for the IT department if ever asked during scrutiny.
โ„น๏ธ
Financial Year Logic: All reports that reference "current FY" use Indian FY convention โ€” April 1 to March 31. The system automatically uses the correct year range based on today's date. You do not need to select dates manually.
