Wevanta Plan Tiers

Wevanta operates on a subscription model with multiple plan tiers, available on both monthly and yearly billing cycles. Each plan unlocks different levels of functionality. To see the current plans and their prices, go to Settings → Subscription or Profile → Upgrade Plan.

How to Subscribe

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Go to Profile → Upgrade. The subscription page shows all available plans side by side. Each plan card shows:

  • The plan name and monthly price.
  • The yearly price (usually 15–20% cheaper than paying monthly).
  • A feature checklist showing what is included vs. locked.

Step 2: Choose Billing Cycle

Select either Monthly or Yearly billing. Yearly billing is charged as a single payment for the full year and works out significantly cheaper per month. Both cycles auto-renew until you cancel.

Step 3: Apply a Coupon Code (if you have one)

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the Coupon Code field and click Apply. Wevanta validates it instantly:

  • Percentage discount: e.g., "20% discount applied!" — the checkout price is reduced by 20%.
  • Fixed discount: e.g., "₹500 discount applied!" — the checkout price drops by ₹500.
  • If the coupon is invalid, expired, or its usage limit has been reached, you will see an error message immediately.

Step 4: Payment via Razorpay

Wevanta uses Razorpay as the payment gateway — India's most trusted payment platform. After clicking Subscribe, you are given a secure Razorpay payment link. You can pay using:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • EMI (on eligible cards)
  • Razorpay Wallet

After successful payment, Razorpay sends a webhook confirmation to Wevanta. Your account is upgraded to Premium immediately — no manual waiting or approval.

Subscription Status

Go to Profile → Subscription to see your current subscription details:

StatusMeaning
ActiveYour subscription is current. All Premium features are fully unlocked.
Past DueYour last renewal payment failed. Razorpay will retry automatically 2–3 times. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption.
CancelledYou have cancelled but the subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period. No further charges.
ExpiredThe billing period ended and was not renewed. Premium features are no longer accessible — your data is fully safe and readable, but editing and new entries may be restricted on locked modules.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Go to Profile → Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Important to understand:

  • Cancellation is immediate in the sense that no future charges will be made.
  • You keep full Premium access until the end of your current billing period. If you are on a yearly plan and cancel in month 3, you still have access for the remaining 9 months.
  • Your data is never deleted. All accounts, transactions, documents, goals, and loans remain in your account permanently, regardless of subscription status.

Data Safety Guarantee: Wevanta never deletes your financial data when a subscription expires. You can always log in and view all your historical data. Premium features like adding new accounts, uploading documents, and creating loans may be restricted, but read access to all existing data is always available.

Family Member Access and Subscription

The Wevanta subscription is per primary account. All family members added under your account share your subscription tier — they do not need separate subscriptions. If your subscription expires, family member access is also downgraded until you renew.

💡
Best Value: Choose the Yearly plan if you plan to use Wevanta actively. The monthly equivalent on a yearly plan is typically 15–20% lower than paying month-to-month, and you never need to worry about a missed renewal disrupting your access mid-month.
